法语原声+荷兰语字幕把脑子搅得天翻地覆，但还是看懂了关键的部分，甚至一些笑点也get到了。很有代入感，就像打开一本厚重的历史传记。但那时候的法国真是讲究太多，现在这种生活方式的我觉得天差地别哈哈哈。

讲的是一个年轻的外省诗人随贵妇情人进入巴黎、被丢下于是转行做小报记者、借助各路朋友敌人摸爬滚打逐渐声名鹊起、企图重新获得贵族头衔最终彻底幻灭的经历。

影片改编自巴尔扎克同名小说。原著小说问世于19世纪40年代。但竟然发现哪怕放在现如今，也是一样具有极强烈的现实意义。本片可谓制作精良，人物的容妆服侍、背景的搭建装饰，都非常用心，几个古装年轻帅小伙也都相当养眼。只是虽然精良，但片长可能有点短。大部头的小说改编成电影都会遇到这种难题吧。
好多熟面孔，包括été 85的男主。故事没有太多新意，但相关的历史背景还是蛮有意思的。
3.5，全程多兰口述旁白，这样一个野心勃勃、盛极转衰的年轻人故事已经被描绘得太多，但这一部插入了文学的视角。同样的文学情怀，在平民是遥不可及的梦想，在贵族却不过是生活的锦上添花。

就像是读了一部世界名著，精美绝伦地重塑了一个古典华丽的巴黎风情录。
虽然是巴尔扎克时代的故事，但仍与如今的现实相符合。
开头乡间部分诗意盎然，中间部分平白。
一个城乡结合部青年，凭借着天赋和野心，在魔都历幻，在红尘历劫。金钱与名誉的游戏，权力与欲望的魔法，赤裸裸呈现。强盗在他们的城堡论功行赏，歌女在锦绣的舞台期待掌声。游动的笔尖投出标枪，尊严的铠甲被击得粉碎。华袍之内跳蚤密布，面具之下包藏祸心。满堂猪狗，走兽活猴。哗啦啦大厦倾，俱尘灰满面，断壁颓垣，残肢哀嚎不忍听。
