凶案本身不明不白的，死者这种身份经历的女性会当公子哥的小三?或是电影背景介绍不够，一字未提正氏。是否强奸从尸检检不出来吗?其它剧情就看律师玩游戏了。

自首的太生硬了，不过可能却很真实。剧本整体比较平。
二、英美的选举政治挺坑广大人民群众的。地产商和政党政客勾结赚得盆满钵满，炒卖房产，让老百姓住棺材房，其心可诛，这部影片也讽刺了李嘉诚为代表的香港地产商。

总结剧情：用资本打败资本
这是廖启智最后一部电影了吧？可惜再也看不到了。电影不痛不痒的，隔着靴子挠了一下而已。剧情转折也缺乏说服力。
港剧的质感，拍的不错，但是故事很套路没有创新
黑暗的黑，让人无法想象。是呀，当你的power越大，是弄权还是担起那份深深的职责。现实与理想的矛盾，无解。印象最深的是，方中信说，我一定要她在一个是非分明的社会里长大。
香港老戏骨的尽力之作。
游艇上的对手戏抢眼有张力。有钱有势才能互相制衡，这不过是一场政治与经济的博弈。
看老戏骨飙戏超爽也是真的。
现在的香港电影能讲明白一个故事就已经很好了，而且看来看去，还是20年前这些的这些演员才有看点。故事的最后争议战胜邪恶，不过也还是要靠金钱，也还是要靠一些under table的手段，正义才能战胜邪恶。很残酷，但是很现实。
不完美的律政影片，因为重点既不是法庭本身，也不是警匪破案，反而多的是心路的纠葛和现实的无奈………
