The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 首先画面材质光影表现是一绝 全篇基调是阴暗癫狂的，从各种细节能看出是对人类造成的疯狂社会终点的隐喻 很多事情都是毫无意义的过程，在其中诞生，挣扎再毁灭，让这一切开始又放任其堕落腐烂的神是不是疯了
像一个血腥疯狂的梦境，适合当噩梦素材，也适合做个横版恐怖游戏
动画做出了许多真人无法通过演绎表达的东西，怪诞的作画也能看出许多对人类的隐喻，可整部电影的连贯性并不强，前半部分的惊艳到了最后也变成了空虚。
历史的框架下试图用双方立场的两个好友切入讲故事限制还是挺多的吧。
全程无对白 剧情方面见仁见智 但这种类似定格动画的方式还是挺有感觉的

风格很独特，但是完全看不懂，昏昏欲睡地看完
形式用心了，也够疯。但，语境始终没超脱西方上帝那点事儿。
没看太懂诶，氛围很不错！居然真的能不考台词叙事，这个形式很妙！

你看到草扎小人的不幸，你以为自己可以置身度外；你被抓住并被解剖，你以为自己只是倒霉，但其实你自始至终都是生产链上的一环。
完全放弃剧情编排，只有符号化的叙事碎片疯狂堆积，比场景本身更肮脏残忍的深层意向，从艺术的角度来说足以载入影史。
定格/粘土动画做成这样已经很牛逼了，作为猎奇向的动画也非常出类拔萃。
