The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 应该是我看过最荒唐的庭审戏 他们蔑视会挑战现状的言论甚至思想自由，和这个充满催泪弹的夏天太平行宇宙啦。雀斑的角色Tom Hayden和Jane Fonda结过婚，我惊了！
怎么说呢？终于官宣在一起了，亲个嘴都要等那么久，更何况还没亲到，气人！
1.这storytelling，太厉害了。2.有些司法可以playing dirty，有些司法没有player。3.whole world watching
很符合艾伦·索金的风格，大段的对白和凌厉的剪辑，几乎不给观众喘息的机会，对于一部庭审戏占据大量篇幅的电影来说，这种风格非常适合。五个月，七个人的庭审，稍微处理不当就会显得极为混乱，但是艾伦·索金居然还在庭审中穿插了大量的前情介绍，而且也没有刻意去把案件中的一些噱头写进来，也没有去渲染情绪，这场庭审戏写的十分完美。不过剧本很好，但是拍的相对就差了一点，而且这么大的信息量拍成电影也确实有些难为导演
每每看这种片子一是感觉美国确实开放，二是就这点东西在某国俯拾皆是，但却没人敢拍。

不顶不是美国人！THE WHOLE WORLD IS WATCHING!
本来都担心要审美疲劳了，直到听见“Who started the riot? Our blood."这种台词，再次默默感慨，Sorkin还是好懂我的点... 后半程的模拟庭审戏剪辑非常出彩。
当然，政治官司暗藏了许多猫腻，不仅仅是美国的陪审团制度就能左右，1960年代的反越游行，夹杂了美国底层阶级各色各样的人物表演。
如果喜欢《社交网络》，那么这部片子肯定对你的胃口。
外国的月亮圆不圆也不好说，但是起码能把月亮给你看呀。
PS：昨天看“八佰”，今天看这个，我突然觉得中国为什么要宣传反战，中国近现代根本没有对外发起过战争

艾比·霍夫曼和汤姆·海登的那段对话说明了一种观点
剪辑厉害，尤其是当海登说“our”的时候，忍不住流泪了, If blood is going to flow, let it flow all over the city, but it is OUR blood. 而且艾比对海登文风的了解，读过他全部发表的文章，就这么一小段，人物之间的联系就立体了起来，拍得太好了。
abby是标准的理性主义者 而tom就是标准的政客 永远为了自己的政治前途寻找最佳的路径
自由和权利之间的抗争是个永远不会结束的死循环。
庭审过程中嬉皮士的机智比起精英学生毫不逊色 甚至像吃了可爱多
太好看，节奏紧凑，故事精彩。 想到了发生过的很多事情，抗议永远不会按照每个人预想的那样进行，每个人都不可能每时每刻都冷静，“-你是否蔑视你的政府？-与我的政府对我的蔑视相比, 我的蔑视不值一提。”为什么总是对群众如此严格，对公权力又如此宽容？还有一句台词笑死了，大意是去年夏天我们该不会带领了一万个便衣上街吧。哈哈哈唉。 最后的念名字真给劲。
