The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 趁着要去现场前补了。虽然是鸡汤但是很喜欢，尤其是疫情加上二十年的特殊日子。好喜欢舞台和各位的表演，非常有生命力，让人落泪又不过度煽情🥰

个人认为是最适合pandemic时期的一部剧，去年的时候也一直听着something's missing，毕竟疫情给我们带来的变化太多了，原本去年能在国内巡演，现在也遥遥无期。再加上官摄是在宽街重开的时候录的，台下的观众和台上的精彩演出，才更好地共同造就一部好的音乐剧，看得我真的是止不住的泪与笑。(所以真的没必要老想着拍电影版，搞个官摄出来该去剧院还是会去看的🙄)

无论发生什么，我们都应该以一种平等、公正、无畏的态度去面对这个世界。
比想象的欢乐，虽然有些笑点没get到。基于911背景的真实故事，又是疫情期间百老汇恢复的第一次演出，现实意义远大于内容。作为一部音乐剧，感觉唱段有点少，也没有太令人印象深刻的曲子。机长的高音真是又稳又轻松，Diane那段I'm here也很棒
音乐歌舞都非常精彩。很有力量。有时热血沸腾。有时温暖感人。很抓人情感。
看完甚至有点庆幸因为疫情取消巡演被退票了，剧不好看，更不好听，几个演员一人分饰多角，我真的会错乱。中间我一度迷失了，这还是音乐剧吗？音乐在哪里？剧情无聊，唱段很少且毫无亮点，就记住了一句 I am an islander，现在的新剧都是这种水准了吗

很圆滑，很有趣，群像整得相当好，节奏调度相当好。就是我对合家欢大团圆的这类型剧没啥感觉
上帝为阻止人类团结共筑巴别塔，创造了不同语言，然而却又用共同编码的圣经，打破了自己打造的藩篱。
最感动的几个moment和唱段。他们铺起毯子开始祷告的一段。👮飞行员的唱段，Me and the Sky - Suddenly there's nothing in between me and the sky. ✈️ 返程飞机上的唱段，Somewhere in the middle of nowhere, you've found your heart and left a part of you behind. 💦 分别的唱段，Something’s missing. 👨🌾 岛民最后的唱段，Tonight we honor what was lost, but we also commemorate what we found.
原来还有这样一段历史。演员都好出色，音乐都很好听。哎还是希望love & peace吧

偶然翻阅截图相册，发现疫情前期已有小道消息说剧组要来华巡演，那时的期待如歌曲本身一般昂扬热切。孤岛壁垒被打破，大洋之上是平等众生共同奏响的波西米亚狂想曲，灯光汇聚每一角落，借由新时代流媒，远渡重洋的温暖故事，在这个似乎重蹈覆辙的严冬给人以鼓舞。
