The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 整部动画优点和缺点都很明显。画面和音乐无疑都非常不错，但是人物形象的刻画和剧情的铺垫和收尾我认为都做得不是很好。
奈何剧情跟不上

以staff做最大宣传点的后果就是晚节不保吗……色彩和摄影好油腻，泽野弘之还记得独角兽的OST是怎么写出来的吗，二十一世纪的小美人鱼也不该是这样的故事了（听说是挂名就不骂老虚了）。跑酷倒是很精彩，但已经没有任何想得起来的镜头了。
虽然早知道剧情寄了，但没想到无聊到这种程度，只想快进看完跑酷结了，剧本改得甚至不如看海的女儿呢。也就wit的作画力挽狂澜
四个业界内的"大神"搞了个低配新海诚,估计新海诚今年那部应该会碾了这部。

【3.5星】剧情啥也不是，但画得太好可以原谅。
老虚啊，实在不行咱就回去种田吧好吗？你靠卖刀片废品又不是不能过，写这玩意儿是何必呢？

我本是天地造化，
有几个过于3d和韩系作画的特写太出戏了。制作流畅归流畅，但我真的好累。
玩法多过叙事，感觉像是网飞在布局的游戏板块世界观预告
果然，画面越美，配乐越棒的日漫，大多都难逃剧情的坑，槽点简直多到让我不想吐槽......但是，霸权社的制作真的不得不夸，美到爆炸的画面和巨好听的配乐搭配上极度顺畅的“立体机动”，的确是一场动漫的视听盛宴（前提是要自己能够忽略掉许多无语剧情细节）
但是，世界观之空，叙事性之差，简直超出了我对另两位老师的认知范畴！没错，说就是你们，荒木哲郎，虚渊玄，两位老师请站出来给我说说，这到底是个什么东西？！ 泡泡和跑酷有半毛钱关系吗？！
我只能说跑酷的动作做的还不错，音乐也算好听，但这个故事也是太套路了～就…没啥意思，边看边跑神儿，根本没办法令我集中注意力观看…故事水平很一般～
托网飞和这类片子的福，「时髦」这词近年来在我这里已经逐渐变成日本动画领域的贬义词了。
