The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 就b级片而言，还是可以的，但是中间经常穿插各种不同时期的录像记录，就导致叙事有一些破碎感。更像一个灵异现象记录片合集。就一些固定的镜头还不错，但是手持的部分还是让人有一点难受。不过吓人一跳跟血腥部分还是可以的。
稀烂的几个故事，没一个出彩的，也没有伪纪录片应有的真实感
区别于录像带系列的完整叙事的分段式故事。开头的神秘编号和挖眼珠营造了诡异气氛，下水道硫酸鼠人＋守灵女孩遇诈尸＋疯博士人机实验＋反动派生物见光死炸弹＋呼应开头的“看录像必死”诅咒。分段叙事前三个故事都还不错，气氛＋叙事到位，吸血鬼炸弹那个设定没看懂。整体属于完成不错的B级片
还有1个像“串串烧”贯穿全片的灵魂主线故事
分段式一大好处就是遇到一个喜欢的故事的几率提高了

晃的我这个恶心，最后非要加上个亚裔魔女，不知道是不是映射我大天朝
血不要钱吗，人不要钱吗，尸块不要钱吗，全片充斥着血浆，快审美疲劳了；比较喜欢疯狂博士的部分，人体与机械的结合，大刀砍起人来干脆利落，冰冷又暴力；吸血鬼那么大的嘴，进食效率不高吧；结尾处的自白看得好尴尬
第三个故事真是生化危机本机了，真海森伯格！

刚开始还挺有兴趣的，然后就发现是一小段一小段拼凑起来的故事就很无聊。 人和机器融合还算有点意思。
