The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 整个故事的节奏很好，安排得当，而且当下推出很有现实意义，80年代的背景并不是一定要强调还原故事，而是将历史背景与现实结合，仅仅是借助历史背景罢了。男主越看越帅，小胡子太好看了；男二一开始看很可爱，但某一瞬间的光影让我觉得像tom holland，那一瞬间真是让我有点反胃……总体是部很棒的片子，
7分。虽则是披着鬼魅邪典外衣的文艺闷片，不过不断轮回的创意还是挺富想象力。而且，每一次轮回，小女巫都得到一次更接近人类的精神进化，恰恰跟老女巫的守旧残暴形成一种微妙的镜像作用。片子隐晦折射的不止是女性平权，而且老少女巫之间的纠葛、以及结局，更寓意了挑战极权的一种抗争思潮。

制造戏剧冲突的意图太明显，能看出非常专业不过心里就是有点硌得慌，结局也有点突兀。看完了也没看到托马斯舒查特演的谁。。。。

不同视角下的不同人生，安排婚姻与自由选择也最终导致不同的结局。剥离'恐怖'的外壳，本质还是女性的成长与抗争史。
