The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 拍的过于立场化了，不喜，估计南非的观众口味决定的吧。
非常舒服的视角和节奏，看到最后还很感动。山田杏奈以后专门演LGBT题材的电影吧，太适合了！

喜欢男女主最后在椅子上表白的镜头，但剧情整体还是有点太......

看了本片再对比真实事件，这位编剧的水平是真厉害。黑人男主演和白人谈判专家演得都好。4星水平。北电的导演和编剧专业学生和老师应该观摩此片。冷门佳片，居然在豆瓣这么低的分。

第一人称和激励角度：你能为自由付出什么？答案是一切。这是个悲壮的故事，背后为了获得自由而牺牲的人们浓缩进了这部片子，它只是世界诸多为了自由而奋斗的人民的缩影之一；
片中在银行中不杀人质很奇怪，对自己人毫不犹豫开枪，在中国类似事件警方并不会受绑匪威胁，而是直接封锁消息冲进去。一开始很期待三人在银行的表现，后面故事很让人失望。

历史，回看时才更清晰。评判，要更久之后。影片记录的曾经的南非，那么遥远，最点亮的是剧终的黑底白字：“本片来自真实事件”
超棒！觉得有启发我很多点，让我思考新的东西，以及“复杂”才是现实，不要逃避，不要伤害，不要简单化。
谁是卧底，悬念未能建立。时代氛围塑造不足。当抢银行的类型片与民族解放诉求融合，出现了类型片压倒表达的苗头。
