剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it?     影片可以简单地理解为上等人玩器官，底层人吃塑料，而当底层人出现一个弥赛亚（天然变异者）时，上层马上杀死其父亲断绝基因；耶稣被圣母杀死也是充满了宗教讽刺。影片通过黑色电影探案的形式推动，Saul如蝙蝠侠一般游走在间谍、艺术家、信仰者的边缘，而最终在Caprice（艺术与改造）和Timlin（名义与伪造）的推动下（另一种圣母形式），成为了一种三位一体的存在。设定很棒，但柯南伯格的讲述形式我是不认可的，僵硬的剧情交代、教义描述，说不上新鲜的性爱视觉化（毕竟有裸体午餐珠玉在前），与欲望号快车的生理式体验更是相差甚远，更不用提情绪和人物动机了。一个有趣细节：伪装成维修员的二女也是打入组织内部的间谍，而她们在试图引导两位主角，是否说明Saul的人类进化思维其实是被计划出来的呢

    即便是被当众切开，痛觉也无法与观看者同场共鸣，仍然是限定于施刀者和受刀者之间极为私密的肉体交合及精神共振，“surgery is the new sex”由此成立。只是柯南伯格从早年对于形体本身“内”与“外”之美的极致追求到如今选择以身体为噱头服务表演艺术的转变属实放弃了他标志性的险棋，比起新器官的诞生，更想看他拿痛觉紊乱大做文章，以及探讨在死亡后主观意识上痛觉消失所带来的局限和新的可能性。
