The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 雷佳音演这类角色不是挺好的嘛，感觉很生动啊，而且几场鉴宝用视觉化的手法来表现，门槛降低了，普通观众易懂易接受，没必要总是摆弄专业知识，设立认知界限，个人觉得是成熟的商业电影就应该做贴近观众的改编，没啥不好的
这么大狗还是有点吓人的，换成软软香香的大猫咪也不错

特效其实一般吧，最后政治正确的镜头找到了每一个需要照顾的群体…黑人、LGBT、移民，当然，戴眼镜的宅男华人。反而，显得很尴尬
爆米花电影，看得很欢乐。红狗特效不真实，但还算可爱。
大红狗角色的想法还是挺新鲜的，就是剧情又套路又儿戏，适合低龄看吧，最后还故意的煽情，也没解释为什么它是红的，为啥它会那么大，老头又是何人，感觉压根没讲清楚

本爱狗人士表示很喜欢这个故事，好正能量的童话。（为什么学校的漂亮女孩总是这么mean，这是刻板印象么…）
