The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 曾经买了票却因为疫情取消的巡演；小成本制作的最佳效果；一群人演一群人、每个人都是主角、所有的“自己”都是“别人”……令人惊喜的新形式，甚至还歪打正着地蕴含了某种深度，不禁让人感叹，剧场到底还能玩出多少新花样？缺点是三观过正、略显说教……非常怀念音乐剧现场——911事件二十周年纪念日看“官摄版”
仅仅拍摄完整的舞台演出，难道不是样板戏？除了时代所限，当年的蓝苹同志在这方面也做得不错了。只感觉是话剧，谁说歌舞片？跟比迪斯尼电影比起来，不过一锅清汤。歌舞起着渲染作用，并没有推动情节。故事只是讲911事件时迫降纽芬兰的多个航班，难道也是带着任务拍的？舞台上的演员有感染力，场景转换既快捷又流畅。然而，低调而艺术的表彰大会仍是表彰大会，看久一点就真没意思。[ZXZJ]
9.11二十周年之际看这部展现人类闪光时刻格外暖心，纽芬兰的许多都是人们理想的状态，种族宗教性取向都不再是问题，仿佛不存在少数和多数的概念，小镇的人为在黑暗中的人带来了光，尤其是知道了是真实发生的事件后，更为感动，在这世间还是有美好的人和事存在的，最糟糕的时刻总是最能展现人性，想去世界尽头的甘德看一看。
专门挑了这么一个时间重温，知道泪点低，但没想到从第一首歌就开始大哭，一直哭到最后。除了剧本身，还想起很多事，想起在伦敦的现场，想起2020年没能成行的中巡。现在笔袋上还挂着西区散场后从工作人员那得到的“dats a moose”的徽章，什么时候能再回去看现场。

不错！但感觉有点太像纪录片，卡司换角太快，一开始没能反应过来。

太好看了！从剧情流畅度，到歌曲的编排完整性，是熟悉的百老汇高水准，每一个演员都又会演又会唱，歌曲超好听，看完这个更加为去年买好票又取消的0425天桥现场感到悲伤，祈祷疫情早日结束，我们早日看上百老汇舞台剧
