The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 除此之外，故事很老套，甚至毫无恐怖氛围，没啥亮点。
怪物设计不错，但想讲的东西太多——环境、儿童贫困、忽视虐待…反而都没讲好，又想拍艺术电影又舍不得大众观众结果弄出个像片中Windigo一样的四不像。ps. 秋冬阴冷灰绿的俄勒冈好美，如果不是剧本过于松散我愿意加到四星

整体氛围阴暗压抑加分，怪物本身并不像其他怪物恐怖片一样吓人。
结尾女主神仙附体血战鹿角憨批兽可把我笑死了
挺好的啊，孩子很努力啊，最近看的片子里最省心懂事的孩子了，尽了他个人最大的努力。就是这色调要把亮度打满才能看清楚，然后看的我眼睛疼。
视觉表达和氛围营造还不错。剧本差了点，几分钟就能说清楚，父亲附体、异变、老师绝杀。鹿版异形？
非常HBO风格的一个故事，是我最喜欢的设定之一，其实画面质感也更偏向美剧，但是这片质量显然不太行，后半段几乎到了滑稽可笑的程度。
节奏缓慢，高潮垮掉，结局女人一人干翻怪物让人无语=_=
可惜了小男孩这么优秀的演技以及影片这么出色的美术设计。
悬疑氛围不错
虎頭蛇尾吧 開頭其實蠻好的 氣氛營造的好 越到後面就覺得可惜了
影像质感和视听都很对个人胃口，故事也很不错让人想到妈妈、异形2。可惜在戏剧层面缺乏悬疑和情感张力，各种意义上都有点可惜
怪物的造型和场景氛围很好/海报设计好，剧情崩，基本符合我的心理预期。比较让我消化不良的设定是，这个故事里的魔不是一个可以被摧毁的具象的物体，也不是一个可以造成传染的变异病菌，而是一个抓不住的神话，一个宿主被摧毁，它会马不停蹄地去寻找下一个。对我来说这个设定不是高光点，而是败笔，因为它让我无法对这个故事产生合理的想象或者期待。
好久没看过这么高级的怪兽片了，氛围营造一流，才5.3分？
2021了还在依靠主角智商掉线推动剧情发展。
想起大话西游里唐僧那句台词。我写一句类似的，「之前是杀了那个弟弟救了哥哥，现在要杀这个弟弟了……」
剧情太拉了...但是喜欢除了剧情以外的所有😢
故事就那么回事，在哪拍的景这么美，加半星，3.5
有点不伦不类了，要说邪教就彻底点，要怪物就别扯宗教。
