A brilliant and outragously funny satire of society, 7 December 1999

"Flodder" is one of the funniest movies ever made and few people realise that it is a Dutch movie made by none other than the Holland version of John Carpenter, the famous Dick Maas, author and director of the thriller "Amsterdamned". The Flodder family is the reincarnation of the term a-social. When the whole family bunch, basically all bastards, criminals and sluts must be relocated from their City slum because of toxic waste under their house, the city council house no choice. The only available space is in the "Zoendal" - the "Sun Valley" the best area in Amsterdam where all doctors, snobs and businessmen can afford to live their lives. And where the central point of interest and politics is the tennis club of the community. The Flodder family brings devastation to the tranquil world that ruled before. They are simply unbelievable. The characterisation is incredibly funny, beginning with Ma Flodder who searches other people's trash cans for food or making illegal liquor in her cellar and ending with the eldest daughter who is the biggest slut on earth. Together they make the most horrible family imaginable, a sort of immoral mirror image to the Brady Bunch or the Waltons. When the City counsel of Amsterdam hoped that the Flodders would show their good will to be more civilised in their new area, it turns out that Holland's most famous family would rather bring out the worst in the rich people of "Sun Valley"-wonderland. The rest is a hilarious, brilliant and well made social satire that can be watched as a provocative movie as well as a straightforward comedy. Dick Maas at his best. I salute him! Flooder was the Dutch smash hit in 1986 and brought two sequels and a tv series. All of the sequels were nice but not as great as the original.
Flodders (1986) is available on DVD in Germany in a dubbed German version in Dolby Digital 5.1. under the name:

Why is First Floor Features, the producer of the movie not bringing the Dick Maas blockbusters out on DVD in the Netherlands, I wonder. The are not even available on video there. These movies have so much potential, still to this day and have a huge silent but true following.
纪实了一些东西吧。里面反应的社会问题有很多，也符合我国情况，不过这些问题我们已经意识到了，至少已经关注到了，所以没有收获。
好久没有静下心来看剧了，也看了不少印度电影，真的不错，至少人家敢说敢拍出来
大伙夸这电影之前，先冷静下来细品一下，这个《宿敌》不就是印度味的主旋律嘛。
整部片其实都是以“反差”来让人兴奋，虽然知道这个套路，虽然很多也不合逻辑，但关注他的内核，可是杠杠的发人深省
为了反转而反转，剧情夸张，音乐夸张，但有一些台词写得不错。
1、电影涉猎的内容很多，揭露政治的肮脏，批判公权的妄为，鞭笞法律的软弱，愤怒新闻舆情的操弄与逐利，痛斥乌合之众的道德盲目，痛心种姓歧视的痼疾贻祸社会正义公平。2、电影手法简单粗陋，但因为粗暴简陋反倒能直抒胸臆，直击灵魂，润物无声诚然很高级，但对于一部有社会政治启蒙意义的电影并不一定是好的选择。3、在电影里你可以观察到印度社会贫富不均、种姓歧视、医疗落后、城建破败等落后的场景，但你也能感受到印度民间社会的生命顽强的元气，这个元气就是受现代文明熏染的个人生命尊严的启蒙已扎根于中下层社会，这就是印度的希望根本，而相比之下，我们则要汗颜羞愧。
电影不应该是工具，无论对上面还是对下面来说，但针对眼下现实这几乎是不可避免的
结尾反转略显刻意，电影的主题和情绪煽动性极强
真是印证了一句话：观点斗争是假的，立场斗争也是假的，只有权力斗争才是真的。

印度片开挂啦，一部比一部高能，不得不说，印度人拍片子真的有一套，音乐特别能调动情绪，这哪敢走神
非常极限的ab故事倒装结构，印度电影版《沉默的真相》，台词、人物塑造极为精妙，关键是触碰的话题无所顾忌，酣畅淋漓。印度电影神如斯，我等汗颜。
片子本身问题很大，前面卖关子整整两个钟头，看得我昏昏欲睡，看到 20 分钟就看不下去，今晚再看。2小时开始才揭开大幕，情节错综复杂，40分钟压缩太多东西了，主题太多，完全讲不完，重点不明确，又是革命又是政治又是贪腐又是校园政治，核心就是印度自上而下都完了。感觉印度这个国家就是个戏场嘛，就是给印度电影提供素材的
影片将主线故事讲得过于复杂，进入太慢，剪辑拖沓，完全可以用120分钟处理得舒舒服服，非要加一堆扉页，画蛇添足。
感觉比起《杰伊·比姆》来，还是差一些，但依然优秀。
看了这部电影，感觉好多电影都是在狗刨…编剧神绝…
名过其实。一群律师和法官连基本的法律训练都没有受过。
前半一个多小时看得我又想笑又恶心，拥挤的音乐和疯狂的煽情填满了每一处空间，根本没有节奏可言，一段又一段的内容接连放送，没有剧情只有信息。后面我承认反转是令人震撼的，角色拉黑又洗白也是厉害，但片子真的信息塞爆，因此没有任何一个段落得到充分有效的发挥，角色也令人难以共情，甚至难以令人信服。多给一星纯粹是为了律师演员和男政治老师、死去女老师的颜，少量足够力量的台词，以及不少撕破摊开的印度黑幕。只可惜片子的主题在我看来，依旧只是几乎所有人都在为自己的私心服务。
用了这么长的时长还讲不好故事不是烂片是什么？豆瓣对印度片真是一贯的宽容，只要题材好，拍成什么烂样子都要捧上天，问就是别人敢拍，那直接看新闻不好？
就电影来说很不错，情节反转出人意料，演员也都不错。希望对会对现实有帮助吧
