从头至尾主旨很明确的一部女性电影，一点也不隐晦，直接粗暴地传递压抑、愤怒、挣扎
电影开头对亲孙女米拉贝有偏见，甚至说出“你能帮的最大的忙就是站在一边”这种伤人的话。
影片中看不见的灵魂，便起到这个作用吧，由此带入沟通与情感，对主题和冲突来说，是因也是果。但最后以自由做结，还是简单了点。
总觉得护士长特别眼熟，感觉才看过她20岁的样子不久……
（结尾确实和好的有点点突然 但是不影响整体的绝）

前半段设定还不错，结尾越来越拉跨，这电影就不应往合家欢PG-13方向走。

所谓的疯女人有各种各样的精神问题，但是她们身上有人性；衣冠楚楚的医生反而有种种毫无人性的丑陋，非常讽刺。结局还是非常法国的，自由、平等、博爱。
法国女人长得简直五颜六色的！文艺份很足，摄影很棒！女导演手法细腻，渐入佳境！
配乐、画面唯美质感高级，女性今天的自由从何而来，今时今日又有多少被“疯”的悲惨女人。
“他们都一样，不管是衣冠楚楚还是衣衫褴褛的家伙，再过两小时，我们谁也分不清谁是疯子、谁是帅哥、谁是囚徒、谁是自由人！”

在19世纪末的巴黎，当时被认为过于叛逆或难以相处的女人常被贴上疯子和体制化的标签。那些被诊断患有不同类型神经系统疾病的女人被限制在萨尔佩替耶病院。每年，医院都会和病人一起举办一场盛大的舞会，吸引到巴黎的精英。这是一个可以看见与被看见的地方。
开头的场景真好看。

套用在其他体制一样好使 还不如从未见过这些鬼魂，至少不用那么苍白而又悲伤
