The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 一开始的枪战其实拍得不错，但全片的问题在于有点前后不搭调，释放曼德拉的诉救求是半中间才出现的，所以片子有了割裂感。
