The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 披着恐怖片的皮，其实是禁毒亲情片。
整个故事在网大里有点不上不下。

第二部看起来就比较合理了，把大的故事背景和历史、过往衔接上，就有许多细腻的情节出现。整体而言比第一部要好很多，故事的主角不再是水怪，而是围绕水怪而来的各种情感纠缠和亲情羁绊，这些才能更好的刻画水怪的悲惨一面。相比于第一部，好了很多了。
这部剧场版的打斗特效制作经费恐怕相当于一整季的制作经费吧，打斗特效牛了个逼了！简直爽到爆炸燃到炸裂！BGM也全程在线！
全程没觉得恐怖，也没觉得感人，就随便看看。虽然不能说能猜到全部剧情细节，但大体上就是那么个套路，无非就是坏人做坏事，拿鬼怪做文章，然后被主角揭露。

最后的战斗有前面几季的feel了 燃的整个人热血沸腾 虽然故事老套了点 不过不用带脑子 本来就爽就完事了
有一个镜头非常棒（吓人）。
想着梁栋终于不演偶像剧了，结果就是开头客串下就领盒饭了
本来冲着悬疑看的，没想到最后姐姐和弟弟的故事给我看哭了，最险恶的不是鬼怪，而是人心。
姐姐真的好勇敢，什么都不怕，故事一般，女主挺耐看的。可惜弟弟最后都死了，只有一个新弟弟。
单纯的无聊，到处都是真人电影缝合的影子，不如前两部
从剧情来说，比第一部丰满，有悬念。大女主的胆识，破除封建迷信。最后有点硬拗，没有妖怪，只有得病的人被利用，最后人性的回归。一头一尾都死弟弟。
剧情稀巴烂，打斗实在是很奇怪，节奏啊分镜啊，冗杂又混乱，但中间的长镜头和最后绿谷的boss战很厉害，加一星
音乐音效还是不错的，故事情节也能基本上符合逻辑。如果还有续集，故事性可以再加强。
都是人作祟。
想象力不够的话，就用经费十足的打斗、爆炸、黑白闪来填充吧。
女主我老婆，这波必须满分。
讲故事的手法还是薄弱，当整体已经算良心制作的网大了。
