The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 私以为算是非常不错的疫情片了，诙谐幽默，疫情限制了出行，却也让我们反思家庭关系、反思面对面社交。居家办公的烦恼深有体会，做核酸那个镜头，仿佛把我的天灵盖也捅没了，都太真实了……希望导演对于影子的运用，太美好了，院子里红蓝白旗子的配色很法兰西。最后讨论死亡与新生，虽然早猜到可能是这样的结局，但还是有被感动到。
果然漫威的风格就是没有固定风格，无论轻松搞笑还是恐怖血腥都拿捏得很到位。

陈旧的滑稽戏用在今天确实有点不合时宜的尴尬感，不过还是蛮好笑。
