The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 导演在看了《倭寇的踪迹》《双旗镇刀客》《绣春刀》《水浒传之豹子头林冲》等等有的没的片单后自信爆棚感觉我能行，结果拍出来不但习作水准还毫无新意。

故事性太弱了，逻辑硬伤，主角可以为了一个交情不是很深的人（至少片中没体现）承担罪名，可以轻易把女儿托付给一个让自己流放十年的情敌。这还是一部男性视角下的武侠片，女性在其中的设定是弱者，是需要依附男性存在的人。片子场面调度方面还不错，布光氛围都挺好。总的来说，是部中规中矩的片子。
作为网大可以打四星，台词有内味，但是剧情就很一般，讲的故事太少了就会感觉节奏很慢
从来没有见过全黑人的美国西部片，实在是太装腔作势而且男男女女都长得很丑，这就是好莱坞的政治正确？
