故事娓娓道来，但精彩程度有限，还是让我觉得冗长了点。男主在马戏团的细分过长，进入城市后，与两个女性角色的维系又过于单薄，以至于结尾略显突兀，本末倒置的做法。

看完当夜做了噩梦，想着影片结尾睡不着。五光十色的大都市和有钱人的世界没混成，被欲望反噬，逃回最初的马戏团也只能当底层geek（被圈禁被利用），人类社会恐怖片。

有一说一虽然我很喜欢free，但是这部是真不行，节奏很奇怪，haru最后都ooc了吧，好无语
前篇最后我也是一声叹息，想说虽然人生就是这种反反复复的鬼样子，但也不用如此一再描摹吧.....

没看过原版，但这版的故事真的太好猜了，可以说剧本显得无趣。而整部电影多余的角色极多，情节上没用的笔墨也很多。
第一部分的马戏团太拖沓了，都快丢了。从后半部分心理医生登场开始渐入佳境。听说原版更好，有机会再看。
空洞且肤浅的剧本一塌糊涂。这本来应该是一个表面激烈内里复杂的剧本，拍出来冗长儿戏，上气不接下气。演员都已经尽力了，身兼男主和制片的库神非常帅气，演得也不错，无奈这个角色被写成空心人，没有纵深，没有回味空间。三个女配更不用说，纯纯的工具人。难怪颁奖季颗粒无收。
来历不明的男主角布莱德利库珀在嘉年华马戏团里学会了骗人的读心术后来到大城市，和女心理医生凯特布兰切特联手用通灵术骗取富人的钱财，不料计划出现突变，他也被女心理医生算计了，最后他又重新回到社会底层。
