The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 从一个我意想不到的层面去诠释爱情，这不是人鬼情未了，这是浪漫至死不渝，love never die
剧情从头到位都有点扯，不过环球出品的这个爱情音乐类型片给观众们的感受，我感觉应该是到位了。音乐满分，轻喜剧和爱情渲染也都不错。豆瓣这分数有点低了，烂番茄观众评分都九十多。

不可避免地会被拿来与诺丁山做对比，也毫无悬念地差得很远。作为一部中上的四平八稳的RomCom比k歌情人略强，区别于过去故事的核心在于这是一个前所未有的时代：互联网是如此地无孔不入，名气与影响力从未如此被量化成直观的数据并吞噬一切，在这样的时代里，还能诞生像诺丁山一样，真诚、小心翼翼而又掏心掏肺，可以fight everything的美丽爱情吗？从豆瓣短评来看应该是不太行。这当然有创作者技法上的因素，但也许，这真的不是一个浪漫的时代。
是比较难看的青春爱情片了，就很难熬，通过心脏骤停那时刻连接两人，但故事讲述得太磨叽无聊了。
