The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 这摄影和音效如果在电脑电视上看大打折扣，非常强烈的延续着导演的个人风格。关于骑士精神的五个准则，上一次感受还是在《Witcher》的DLC《blood and wine》里面。

高文从头到尾都呈现出一种“我是谁我要干嘛我要去哪”的浑噩状态，整个故事也变成了到指定地点触发任务剧情的流水账模式，一个魔幻底色的骑士故事竟然在任何玄妙时刻都看起来极其儿戏……
没看过原著，，感觉剧情交代的太少了。BUT，OST是真的好听

这并不是说它是我今年看过的最糟糕的电影，但它是最无意义的电影之一。大卫洛维这次节奏慢得惊人，几乎可以说是毫无乐趣可言。不要看这部电影，除非你只喜欢枯燥的艺术电影风格，而可以忽略缺乏到顶点令人信服的情节。近年来最无意义、最令人不快的电影之一，有再好的艺术水准都不行。

高文的选角不错，印度裔演员长相很容易引申到波斯罗马骑士，并且全程没有口音，他确实练过
