During the US Civil War, Union POWs escape in a balloon and end up stranded on a South Pacific island, inhabited by giant plants and animals. In 1865, during the siege of Richmond, Virginia, the union soldiers POW Captain Harding, Neb and Herbert escape in a balloon during a storm with two confederate prisoners, Sergeant Pencroft and the journalist Spilett. The uncontrollable wind takes the balloon to a mysterious island in the South Pacific in the area of New Zealand. Captain Harding self-proclaims the leader of the group and they look for food; sooner they discover that they are stranded in an island. Further, they are attacked by a giant crab that becomes their first meal. Along the days, they build a shelter and finds that the island is inhabited by giant animals. A couple of days later, they find two castaways on the beach, the aristocratic Lady Mary Fairchild and her sexy niece Elena. Later they find a trunk with weapons and instruments like sextant and shelter with a journal of a man left alone in the island by pirates. When the pirate vessel arrives in the island, they are helped by Captain Nemo of the Nautilus, a submarine that had supposedly sunk in the coast of Mexico eight years ago. 8分。这种主要就两个演员，几乎全程都在碎碎念唠叨的电影本来不是我的菜，但架不住本片真的是太有意思了啊。老年妇女的求爱之旅。论做鸭，这一位是专业的！！！里奥算是满足了女人们的各种幻想了吧，但反过来也能看出太过完美而显得不真实。Emma Thompson的表演非常精彩，我觉得是可以放入今年最佳讨论的级别~~那种又想又怕，不断放开心灵的过程真的是绝了~~~~五星推荐啊，哈哈~~

豆瓣上剧情简介写的是“性心理治疗师”，哈哈求生欲有点强，不过我很喜欢这片，没看过这样的‘情色片’，很有意思，一个道德枷锁附身的嫖客，开始追求自我感受的故事，快乐最重要

四次见面层层深入，讲了情与欲的因果关系。
小而固定的空间，两个陌生男女由性爱进入到情感，这两个都是极度私密的领域，主要依靠对白和表演，结构上以男女的关系变化为主线，完整的四次会面，从第一次的紧绷到逐渐展开，表象的性爱被隐藏，展开的是内心。两个陌生的男女开始的性爱任务，其中一个很年轻，一个至暮年，明明可以发展出很多戏剧故事，但偏偏任何强情节都没有，只在房间里不断对话，说很多看似无关紧要的事情，观察身体，而这竟让我看下去了，这样的叙事让我感到好奇，也让我思考其中核心是什么？
没有宏大华美的布景，演员们都要分饰几角，所以舞台场景与角色转换做得相当精巧娴熟。基督徒、犹太教徒和牧斯林同时用各自旋律祈祷和声那段太动听了，还有回程时乘客过安检的慢镜头表演也是神来之笔。最后看到演员与真实人物的合影也非常感动
要不是看到Emma Thompson主演，这个题材我是不会感兴趣的，但出于对Emma Thompson演技派的信任，我就想看了。这是一部颠覆我对牛郎印象的电影。我对中国牛郎的印象就是一群好吃懒做、空有身材、毫无内涵的体育生。但电影里的牛郎Leo彬彬有礼、谈吐不俗、善解人意、不卑不亢、自尊自爱，简直像个绅士，让人大有好感。我知道导演的主旨是女性应该不以性为耻，应该自爱自强。简言之存人欲去道德。最后Nancy得到了救赎，抛弃了循规蹈矩、墨守陈规、按部就班，获得了人性的解放。但我觉得导演对牛郎这个行业想象得太美好了。更可能的是瘾君子、小开、骗子或黑帮分子。男主挺帅，身材超好，正值30岁时拍的电影。这真是一部很省场外费用的电影。
靠某本书沟通那里属实恶心到我了，我也说不上来为什么。其实整个题材都让我恶心 *shrug
形式与类型：话剧电影，性喜剧。私密、勇气、新身份以及心底的缺角。面对内心是一种勇气。
