第四部存在的文戏过多、动作戏过少的问题在第五部有增无减，第五部的节奏缓慢，叙事平缓，专注讲述男主女主的爱情故事，一度让我觉得是爱情片而非动作片。动作戏少得可怜，也没什么亮点。可能导演老了，也可能演员老了。
节奏奇慢，慢吞吞都不足以形容的慢，人物讲句话都要半天，借用北野武评价东京奥运的一句话吧，“我睡得可香了”，小日本似乎就喜欢这么深沉装逼
十年剑心佐藤健，明治浪漫谭绝响。打戏绝不是系列最佳，文戏方面也颇弱，可就是数度难受到不想看到这结尾。分镜堪称系列最佳，绝美镜头太多，ost也太好听了。一开始担心有村可能撑不起巴这个角色，现在是真香。
哈莉·奎茵 以一当百、矛刃散花那段，和《一代宗师》里刀刃见棉、雪花飞舞 异曲同工。都TM美得酷呆了！
虽然是漫改但拍出史诗质感，男主俊逸潇洒完全不中二。

糟糕的B级片。以为快结束了，一看进度条还有一个小时，瞬间崩溃了。
开头很惊喜，说死就死，搞笑的死法，后期就有点渗人，主题依然是看似反对美国的行事方式，最后还是为了个人的自由，选择掩饰美国肮脏的秘密，不过这也无可厚非，那个虚构的小岛，最后还是选择了美国的自由民主，哪怕反抗军的手下开始被自杀小队杀光，也不敢说什么硬话，而是借助他们的力量反对暴政。表面是反对美国的意识形态，里面还是认同这种。
