剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it?     剧本极好，好几处台词都如金石之音掷地有声，可惜索金的导演功力还是远逊于他的剧本功力，很多地方的力道没有完全发挥出来，芬奇/斯皮尔伯格来导的话，节奏和力度都会更准。小雀斑演一个尚有热血的建制左，表演分寸感极好。而关于题材本身，很多时候我并不认同白左的具体理念，但在每一次以卵击石的情境里，我都没有办法站在石头那边，不论左右，首先是人。眼泪为所有流血的人而流。（前不久恰好看完悲惨世界的影与剧，也有小雀斑，与本片恰可遥相呼应

    一场长达151天的审判，艾伦索金通过聚焦庭审过程的某些天将审判前的暴乱与庭审现场巧妙地结合在一起，清晰地展示出那一段历史。编剧出身的艾伦索金在片中依然是金句频出，尤其是艾比霍夫曼作为证人出场的那场戏，让我热泪盈眶做了好几次深呼吸，释放了之前观影过程中的为他们感到不平的委屈。之前看了黑豹党的一个纪录片，看完本片后找了找，好像被我删掉了。

    对于这样一场必输之局，Aaron Sorkin挑选的中场戏和结尾高潮处在家的模拟论辩真的非常牛逼，从冗长而充满挫败感的整场审判中揪出了这两个闪光点，然后用力堆叠，可以说高潮戏80%靠剪辑，看起来实在太过瘾了。
