The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Love me,正相反，我并不喜欢一切都必须得是深刻的。
剧情确实太老套，但全片氛围感较好。看到男友有点出戏，总想起他在爱恋里面的表演，以为又是一部情色片。
剧情讲述美国陆军游骑兵布里格(查宁·塔图姆 饰)的任务是将比利时牧羊军犬露露从路易斯–麦克乔德联合基地沿太平洋海岸及时带到亚利桑那州诺加里斯，以便及时参加露露训导员的葬礼，一路上人狗间培养出了深刻的友谊。
但是反差也还是存在的，比如在山林的那屋子里的老夫妻，看得出他们很相爱，也很善良。
墓地中，狗狗挣脱束缚趴在前主人鞋子上的那一刻，值一颗星。影片唯一的感人闪光点。其他基本都很无聊。
男一号演技，亟待提高啊，不能只有一身腱子肉。
lu'lu终究是幸运的，最后被领养了，离开了残酷的工作和任务，被爱与温情包围后，也会逐渐淡化那些经历战争后的创伤吧。虽然片尾说是“in memory of lulu”，但感觉对于退役军人的救赎和治愈更多一些。

前半程钱老板和狗都有点令人讨厌，最后10分钟还行
情感上可以理解女性对于危险的敏锐感知，以及不被他人理解的绝望；理性上这里设计的反转真的好烂啊；
没什么干货，比较喜欢的两个元素：查宁和狗，片子都没有发挥出来。
温馨的公路片，希望更多人关心爱护身边的狗狗
实话说男主太不适合角色，没看出对狗的一点爱，也没表现出浪荡货的贱样，猛男形象这片子里不需要。

中文名取得不对。是狗和中年退伍军人的相互救赎的公路电影。
这个题材，人与狗的公路片，剧本完全可以再写得更煽情一点。
看过丹麦版再来看这个的话，实在没啥亮点。男主对角色的诠释稍微不同点，其他细微改动其实也就那样了。评分的对比说明了问题。
