The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 依旧保持西部片的精神内核，只是结局隐喻着西部片没落的现实，而这种现实大概起于三十年之前。

这么怀念比利小子？让他起死回生再大战一场？炒的冷饭中规中矩，惜乎没有以往西部片的感觉了，豪情？勇敢？
西部版《我和我的家乡》+《我和我的父辈》。一个女性角色都没有。就是稳准狠，把西部片最吸引男性观众的元素全部提炼了出来，也顺便把女性观众和娘炮踢的远远的。
好久没见的这么标准的西部片，而且还排出了武侠片片的感觉
西部片里的精悍作品，西部风光、牛仔、骏马还有枪战，该有的都有了，算不上经典，但也值得一看
场景还可以。没什么情节起伏，就两场枪战。儿子的叛逆成长。跳着看了看。
Billy the Kid不是哪个被枪击的倒霉孩子，而是美国拓荒史上的一个传奇人物。亦侠亦匪，且枪法极快。
味挺正的 虽然结局和剧情我都想吐槽 但是2021年能看到这样的西部片也挺感动的。
潮湿的泥土，肮脏的猪圈，衬衫发黄，菜汤易冷。就是这么old school。
看了“比利小子”的历史后顿觉本片又精彩了几分，特别是老演员和真实的“比利小子”的脸型非常相似，但是又是一张非常丧的老农民的脸，这使他最后决战时的英姿显得尤为帅气。舞剑之人必死于剑下，在江湖上混早晚都是要还的，片中的那对渊源在我看来实在是一个十分浪漫的宿命安排。

一句话的情节能拍出这种厚重感，这就是基本功。
节奏有些拖沓了，高潮部分“快准狠”还行，就是爽的过程着实太快
联想自己：当遇到这种坑货，到底该不该救？答案是别救，钱也别拿，少管闲事。毕竟那么大片林子，就住两户人，屁股想想就知道可能是谁拿走了钱。活着才是最重要的！！！
混乱的西部，开始的想法没错，黑吃黑。
