The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 无论动作配音还是剧情都深得传统武侠之精髓。
人物画风似乎比tv版更生硬了一些，但是这种国产动漫太需要鼓励了。
生活流的情感自動化裝置難道就不是自動化裝置嗎？
动画中这刀光剑影、一招一式的算是把武侠风玩得明明白白了
TV版中的“反派”，电影版中的主角。没有讲正邪，没有非黑即白，而是在说世间，说江湖。剧本绝对不差，每个角色都能完全立住，就算西门仁也是有自己的世界观，不对但也没错。人物的丰满在整个《枕刀歌》中做的非常出色，包括TV的各种回溯。至于画风，为了凌厉的打斗把人物做成略带水墨的简笔，完全可以接受，留意背景的精致就明白是有意为之。动作的分镜和招式是我看过的武侠中最好的，是纯武侠。
建模糙是糙了许，文戏弱是弱了些，配音差是差了点，奈何武戏相当炫酷。
动作依旧没得说，文本依旧弱。（片尾：西门仁徒孙们“回头是岸”这么快，开得是摩托艇？
以为最后会以朗读文章作为结尾，没想到导演没有展现这一幕，可能那种方式有点多余吧

渲染效果看着太累 剧情流水账 演了个寂寞啊
真的有侠气，还有王朝凋敝的困苦，动作戏就不多吹了。夜宿破庙拍出了走投无路，几次杀人拍出了忍无可忍。敢让主角杀人还是挺佩服的，是动画的审查比真人电影要松一点吗？
画风看起来有些别扭，一会2D一会3D，惟有打戏比较出彩。
剧情千疮百孔，打斗天马行空。国产动漫作品在动作设计方面做到如此程度，不知给真人电影带来了几许压力。只不过剧情的铺垫与主题的阐析还是差了些，侠以武犯禁成了一个阐之未明、高悬于顶的概念。
